Quotes dictated by voice
You describe the job site from the van. The lines, the quantities and your prices come up. You correct them, you send.
An evening on the spreadsheet → a few minutesFixio brings quotes, invoices, cash flow and job site tracking together in one tool. It replaces the spreadsheet, the notebook and the sticky notes — and it fits in a jacket pocket.
This is not a failure of organisation: it is what happens when you run a company from a job site.
“I do the quotes in the evening, once the kids are in bed.”
Two hours digging out prices, and someone else has already answered.
“I don’t know whether that job site made me anything.”
Purchases on till receipts, labour from memory. The margin, three months after handover.
“Chasing an unpaid invoice is another job on top.”
You let it slide. The money missing at the end of the month is yours.
“I’ve tried software before. It was built for offices.”
Thirty screens, a week of training, and back to the spreadsheet.
Each module answers a moment in the day. Every image is a real screenshot.
You describe the job site from the van. The lines, the quantities and your prices come up. You correct them, you send.
An evening on the spreadsheet → a few minutesIt picks up the accepted quote, carries every mandatory legal detail and comes out as a PDF plus a structured file.
No legal detail missed, no gap in the numberingInvoiced, collected, spent, expected margin — while the work is still going on. A job site going off the rails shows before it ends.
The margin while the job site runs, not afterOverdue invoices come up on their own, with the number of days and the message already written. You read it over, you send.
No more invoices forgotten in a binderWho is where, which week. A calendar that fits on one screen.
The “where are we?” question settled at a glanceContact details, job sites, quotes and invoices in one place. No more digging a number out of a message thread.
One customer file instead of six appsEveryone has their own code: they see their job site and their schedule, not your cash flow. Access is set up device by device.
Your figures stay walled offProgress and snags photographed from the phone, filed under the right job site. And dated.
A disputed snag is settled with a photoThe customer signs on your phone, on site. The quote is accepted before you are back on the road.
Signed on the doorstep, not ten days laterA voice reception that picks up when you cannot and leaves you the summary. Your dedicated number is opened during setup.
Included in your subscriptionWriting the quote, the emails and the reminders, reading a competitor’s quote, questions on building standards.
Office work cut down to reading it overYou drop in your Excel workbooks, your exports and your bank statement. Everything is taken in one go, with nothing retyped.
Fifteen years of spreadsheets picked up in a minuteCustomer, job site, description of the works: the lines come up ready. Each one stays editable, and the total recalculates with every keystroke.
Invoiced, collected, outstanding: the three figures at the top of the screen. Overdue ones flag themselves.
Budget, spent, progress, estimated margin. The photos and the people on the job are in the same place.
The figures stack up, the buttons are the size of a gloved thumb. This is where the photos get taken and the quote gets signed.
Here is what happens when you press the microphone. A faithful re-creation of the app screen, at real reading speed.
No hidden extras, no per-user billing, no tier you find out about after six months. What you see here is what you pay.
Prices excl. VAT, for the whole company: you are not charged per user. No fixed term — you leave with your data.
We would rather give you the exact state of things, even if it is less impressive than a promise of turnkey compliance.
Electronic invoicing between businesses is becoming compulsory in France in stages. Receiving electronic invoices concerns every VAT-registered business; the obligation to issue them comes next, with the smallest firms concerned by the 2027 deadline. Invoices will no longer travel as free-form PDFs: they will go through approved platforms, in a structured format a machine can read.
The official timetable published by the tax administration is what counts. Fixio is not an accountancy firm and does not replace your accountant.
This section is written in the conditional, deliberately. You will know the difference between a scheme that exists and funding that is already yours.
Short answers. When something is not ready yet, it says so.
Yes. Your customers, your quotes, your invoices and your job sites belong to you. You can export the lot, whenever you want, in open formats other software can read. We do not sell it on and we do not use it for anything other than running your tool.
You export everything before you go, and we help you do it if need be. There is no fixed term: the subscription stops at the end of the month. The setup, though, is paid once and is not refunded — it is work already done at your place.
Half a day is enough in most cases, and it is included in the setup. We install the tool with your real data: your customers, your job sites under way, your prices. You are not learning software on an empty file, you are picking your work back up in another tool.
Yes. The app installs on the home screen straight from the browser, with no app store. It is the same app as on the computer, rearranged for a narrow screen. That is where the job site photos get taken and where a quote gets signed.
Pages you have already opened reopen with no signal, and your data stays on the device. Anything that calls on artificial intelligence, though — writing a dictated quote, the technical assistant, writing a reminder — needs a connection, even a weak one.
Put plainly: you can look up a job site in a basement, you will not be able to dictate a quote there. We would rather tell you before you buy.
Us, directly. Not a call centre, not a form that replies within five days. Support is included in the subscription, by phone and email — and by instant messaging where that is how it is done.
Yes, it is included in the subscription. Your dedicated number is opened during setup; the voice reception picks up when you cannot, and every call leaves its summary in the app’s call log.
Every member of the team gets a personal access code and sees what concerns them: their job site, their schedule, the photos. They see neither your cash flow nor your margins. Sharing your data across several devices in real time is one of the jobs under way at our end: today, installation is done machine by machine.
It depends on the state of your current data. When your customers and your prices are already in a usable spreadsheet, a few days is enough. When it is all on paper, you have to allow for the typing — we will tell you how much after we have looked, not before.
Write to us in three lines. We ring you back, we open the tool with one of your current quotes, and you see what it does on your business — not on a sample.
Your trade, how many people are in the company, and how you do your quotes today. Three questions, not a sales questionnaire.
